List of PSN Quitters

Most of you have probably ran into at least one quitter while playing online, so this thread will give a list of the people who are known to quit so you can save time kicking them from the game than playing through the whole match and for them to quit at the very end (wasting the last 10 minutes of your time).

Theres been a whole lot more than these but I'll add to the list. Definitely kick these people from your game lounges (or if you're in a ranked lounge, just wait until they get bored and leave).

I progressed at Worms and half of the matches are now interrupted by quitters. What a problem! I therefore complete the list there, that I will update regularly.
I do encourage people to resign, if they can't stand to lose, at least both players get points.

To me, this thread is kind of useless. And I'll tell you exactly why.

1. There are over a million players playing online.
2. I don't think everyone will officially post on this thread to tell you who quit.
3. And if they did, I don't think everyone would bother to keep all the ID's in check.

I will admit that I have quit the game before the end of the match around 10 times. Does this make me an official quitter? - To be honest, it doesn't. The frustration with the issues in the game that currently exist; forces a couple of players to quit in rage before the match is over.




What has to be done to prevent this?:

1. Fix the issues within the game.
2. Remove the option to quit the match before the match is over.
3. Happy times playing online.

Just to let you know these lists are to avoid quitters. Dedicated players most likely note these and kick them and/or immediately quit a game if they meet one of the persons on the list.

Maybe it's really a bit pointless due to the high number of players alright, but quitters i.e. bad losers are even more frustrating than any issue persisting in the game.

Feel free to add me to the list, although I doubt any of the people that views this thread will play against me, unless they add me on PSN.

Calling quitters "bad losers" does not change the fact that there is a option to "quit the game" before the match is over. Just the fact that the option exists is totally ridiculous in my perspective. It should be removed for obvious reasons. I'm not going to argue in this thread, I've already said what is most important.

Note that I have only quit around 10 times, meaning in around 10 matches while playing online. While I have played a countless matches online, well above the number 1000. What I'm saying is in no way that you shouldn't add me to the list, I just personally do not see the point to do so. I think this should be fixed by the developers, so you (don't have to check ID's and etc etc).

I was being sarcastic about adding you to the list. As far as I remember you will already be added to these lists if you happen to quit on a guy visiting some forums and being frustrated by quitters.

Don't say "I quit because it wasn't fair". What would you say if you fought hard for your victory and the opponent quits right before his last worm dies in an explosion because he thought you got a few unfair advantages? I'm sure you have encountered these situations.

Worms Open Warfare 2 DS didn't have an option to quit, that didn't keep people from turning their whole device off or alternatively their connection. Just saying.

I highly doubt theres 1 million people playing W2:A on PSN, probably less than 1,000 even.

The PS Store rating system gives a good indication but not everyone rates.

there's over 150,000 unique gamertags on the trueskill leaderboards for the xbla version... trueskill being a conglomerate of all your game types, i'd say thats the best way to judge how many people play online

Same. It's just how the chips roll out, I never quit in any situation.

Couple of weeks ago I was playing ranked (QuitLand) and this guy was totally thrashing me, but half way through the match he messed up on a jetpack, and quit, despite the fact he was most likely going to win...

Oh well saved me some time anyway.

I like to host a new game straight after somebody quits, and if they join, I just sit there, while they have their green light on and mines red, after awhile they get the message.

Do they think I'm stupid lol? If they just quit on me, why am I gonna waste time playing them allover again?

I don't remember but as none of the Worms games on PSX feature online play you won't be finding anyone to quit on you, that's for sure.

Battle Islands is ace, as for Space Oddity I might agree.

Battle Islands is also on PSP, which is also better than Wii.
Though IMO Space Oddity is awesome, only good Wii game that doesn't include Italian plumber. :P

I only played Space Oddity and couldn't get into it at all. I have Battle Islands on PSP which I bought off PS Store since it was on sale, but my favourite out of this gens Worms games is 2:Armageddon easily.
