Sound Issue

I am running into an interesting issue with Worms Forts: Under Siege. When the game starts and the intro 'movie' and Team17 logo is displayed all I get is garbled sound. This also applies to any movies that run in the game. The sound in the game itself is fine... it is just the movies that have the problem. I actually have this problem with Worms3D as well... but do not know what to do about it. I have a SoundBlaster Live 5.1 sound card.

Any suggestions?
